Autumn 2025 pro bono scheme - Applications now open

The next round of Full Fat’s pro bono scheme welcomes applicants for our support on bespoke projects and campaigns, TAKING PLACE from SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2025. APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN VIA THIS LINK.

Since 2020, Full Fat has pledged to commit an annual pro-bono budget to charitable organisations that echo the agency's Diversity & Inclusion policies. Full Fat has worked with eight organisations over the last four years and is now in its ninth round, offering a variety of services including strategy and communications, press office, social media, industry guidance, influencers and more.

Full Fat is proud to have built a growing collection of accolades recognising its commitment to DEI. Highlights include back-to-back wins as PRWeek’s Diversity & Inclusion Champion in 2022 and 2023, a shortlisting for the same award this year, inclusion in PRWeek’s Top 10 Ethnicity and Gender Pay Gap Report in 2023, and a Gold Award at PR Moment’s 2023 Awards for Best Approach to Diversity & Inclusion.

The agency will be investing up to £4,000 of time per month throughout the scheme, which lasts up to three months. The pro-bono scheme is open to both UK non-profits and charities with a key focus on racial, sexual, gender, ability and social equality. Full Fat will work with the organisation to provide support on a suite of services that can include profiling, messaging, social media strategy/counsel, media coverage generation or opening up the agency’s network for good.

As part of the pro-bono scheme, Full Fat has previously worked with organisations such as Not A Phase, Compliments of the House, I Like Networking, The Vavengers, DKMS, The Hunger Project, Queer Britain, Fresh Start Future Enterprises, and, most recently, with NAZ Project through the Spring 2025 pro-bono scheme.

Christina Ganotakis, Policy and Insights Manager of NAZ, said: “We are deeply grateful to Full Fat for their dedication in securing high-quality media coverage for our charity’s campaign. The team was professional, diligent, and a pleasure to work with. Their expertise helped us reach millions of people worldwide, raising awareness about HIV stigma and sharing calls to action from people living with HIV. Working with Full Fat exceeded our expectations. We recommend their services to any charity seeking to amplify their work and look forward to working with them again!”

The agency would like to invite eligible charities and nonprofit organisations to apply for the scheme for any support required regarding brand awareness and campaign management across PR and social media.
