2026 Pro Bono Scheme - Now Open for Applications

The next round of Full Fat’s pro bono scheme welcomes applicants for our support on bespoke projects and campaigns, TAKING PLACE from AUGUST 2026.

Since 2020, Full Fat has pledged to commit an annual pro-bono budget to charitable organisations that echo the agency's Diversity & Inclusion policies. Full Fat has worked with eight organisations over the last six years and is now in its tenth round, offering a variety of services including strategy and communications, press office, social media, industry guidance, influencers and more.

Previously, the agency ran two pro bono application rounds each year, in Spring and Autumn, offering up to £4,000 worth of agency support per month for up to three months. From 2026 onwards, Full Fat will focus on supporting one dedicated pro bono partner each year. By increasing our investment to an overall £15,000 of time and working on a more flexible timeline throughout the year, we'll be able to provide deeper, more strategic support that adapts to our partners' goals and delivers greater long-term impact.

The pro-bono scheme is open to both UK non-profits and charities with a key focus on racial, sexual, gender, ability and social equity. Full Fat will work with the organisation to provide support on a suite of services that can include profiling, messaging, social media strategy/counsel, events, media coverage generation or opening up the agency’s network for good.

As part of the pro-bono scheme, Full Fat has previously worked with organisations such as Not A Phase, Compliments of the House, I Like Networking, The Vavengers, DKMS, The Hunger Project, Queer Britain, Fresh Start Future Enterprises, NAZ Project and most recently with AWRC through the Autumn 2025 pro-bono scheme.

Anita Senaratna, Communications Officer of AWRC said: "Full Fat’s 360 support with press activity, social content and influencer outreach has been invaluable. Our organisation deals with extremely sensitive subject matter, but they were quick to adapt to our visual identity and tone of voice, and they handled survivors' stories with compassion and care. We will continue to implement the guidance they have given us in our communications strategies going forward."

The agency would like to invite eligible charities and nonprofit organisations to apply for the scheme for any support required regarding brand awareness and campaign management across PR and social media.

Applications will be reviewed and selected by Full Fat’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and scored following criteria:

  • How an organisation supports racial, sexual, gender, ability and social equity

  • The project submitted for support and strategy

  • The objectives that the applicant would like Full Fat to help achieve

  • The project timeline

  • Whether Full Fat can offer a meaningful impact through its services

  • Assets available to support the project

Applicants should include all of the above information as well as meet the entry requirements:

  • The ⁣entrants must be a registered charity OR be a nonprofit organisation, details of which will need to be included in the application

  • Operate within the UK
