Full Fat is looking for a passionate, creative and driven Junior Designer to join the agency’s growing social media team and deliver creative design and photography to our clients. Full Fat’s clients span the lifestyle and entertainment sector, including food, drink, venues, brands, music festivals and events.

Full Fat is seeking a Junior Designer with a minimum of one year’s experience within a digital creative environment. Previous work within brands, entertainment, lifestyle and the music sector is desired but not essential. An understanding of the changing digital media landscape is essential with a good knowledge of design trends, social media and our client roster.

It is essential that the applicant has strong experience using Adobe Create Suite and has a clear understanding and ability in delivering to creative brief for digital accounts, and has a passion for social media.

This role requires the applicant to support on tasks to execute client campaigns, this means good time management, organisational skills, general knowledge of culture and enthusiasm for new projects. They must also be a good communicator and a team player.

You will take responsibility for creative outputs across a range of social clients, working closely with the Social Strategist and the PR team.

Here’s what to expect day-to-day in the role:

  • Collaborate with social team to create high quality content for our social clients

  • Deliver social content calendar design to clients with creativity and attention to detail

  • Provide design support for the variety of creative projects the agency manages e.g. newsletters, event collateral, pitch presentations, photography and video

  • Weekly research on social creative design and presenting findings in team meetings

  • Challenge the team by keeping up to date on the latest trends, innovations and progression in the design sector

  • Support the Social Strategist and wider team on creative research, client liaison and campaign brainstorming


  • Proven experience in a digital creative environment (minimum 1 year)

  • Comprehensive Adobe Creative Suite experience – confident use of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required

  • Strong experience in photography & video filming

  • Has worked with clients via phone and email to receive briefs and present work

  • Has a passion for a good understanding of social media


  • You will have an excellent eye for detail – ensuring all work is of the highest standard possible, continuously reviewing work, and striving to improve the quality of design work in the agency

  • You will be curious – constantly keeping up to date on the latest trends, innovations and progression in design. You will gather and absorb as much inspiring and creative things as you can and share with your team, the agency and clients. What’s new and exciting in our industry?
